Nick Puñal has always been passionate about songwriting and composition, but it wasn't until he immigrated to Australia in ‘99 that he began to fully develop this passion.

Nick was initially involved in learning all the aspects of recording and production at Sydney’s “Studio PR”, helping out and sitting in on several live album recordings.  However, in 2003 Nick decided to pursue a different avenue and stepped into Sound Dog Recording Studio and the "REVOLUTION” album project began.

Nick has lived & worked in 4 countries, travelled 6 continents and met people from many different cultures and all walks of life. Some of his songs are about those places, people and general life issues (sometimes controversial !!).

Apart from writing songs, Nick also designs logos and is a regular columnist for "The Songsmith" magazine, Australia's only Monthly magazine devoted to Songwriting.

Desde muy pequeño Nick Puñal ha llevado dentro una pasión de componer música y canciones. Pero solo fue cuando emigró a Australia en el ’99 que empezó a desarrollar plenamente esa pasión.

Inicialmente, Nick aprendió todos los aspectos de grabación y producción en “Studio PR” de Sydney siendo un ayudante del ingeniero en la grabación de algunos álbumes “live” (en directo). Pero en el año 2003 Nick decidió emprender otro camino y comenzó en el estudio de Sound Dog su propio proyecto, el álbum titulado: “REVOLUTION”.

Nick ha vivido y trabajado en 4 países y ha viajado a 6 continentes, conociendo en su paso a gente de muchas culturas distintas. Algunas de sus canciones se tratan de esos lugares, personas y de situaciones de la vida (algunas de ellas polémicas!!).

Aparte de escribir canciones, Nick diseña logotipos y es columnista habitual para la revista “Songsmith”, la única revista mensual dedicada a canta autores en Australia.
